Cheesy Fiesta Potatoes

These potatoes are seasoned to perfection and then coated in a delicious cheese sauce, sour crime and chives! If you’re a potato lover then you’ve got to try these!!

Ingredients  

  • 2 lbs of potatoes
  • ½ tsp paprika
  • ½ tsp garlic powder
  • ½ tsp onion powder
  • ¼ tsp cayenne pepper
  • ½ cup flour
  • Oil spray for air frying

Toppings

  • ¼ cup sour cream
  • ¼ cup nacho cheese sauce
  • ½ tsp chives - finely minced

Instructions

  • Start by washing, peeling and dicing your potatoes into small bite sized pieces.
    2 lbs of potatoes
  • Coat your potatoes in your flour and seasonings.
    1/2 tsp paprika, 1/2 tsp garlic powder, 1/2 tsp onion powder, 1/2 cup flour, 1/4 tsp cayenne pepper
  • Pre heat your air fryer to 385°F and place your potatoes in and spray with a good coating of your spray oil. Air fry for 18 minutes shaking 1/2 way through.
    Oil spray for air frying
  • Top with your sour cream and cheese sauce and chives and enjoy!
    1/4 cup sour cream, 1/4 cup nacho cheese sauce, 1/2 tsp chives
