Super tasty and perfect for Valentines Day!
I promise these will be a hit! It's crazy how sometimes the most simple recipes are the tastiest. I'll be making these even after Valentines day.
Cheesecake Stuffed Strawberries
Ingredients
1 Pint of Strawberries
1 8oz Block of cream cheese (I use full fat)
1/2 Cup of powdered sugar
1/2 Tsp of vanilla extract
3 graham crackers (crushed up)
Directions
Start by using a small spoon to hallow out your strawberries.
Next in a bowl using a mixer, beat your cream cheese until smooth.
Add your powdered sugar as well as vanilla extract and continue to beat until incorporated.
Add your cheesecake filling to a piping bag. (If you don't have a piping bag just put it in a ziplock bag and use a scissor to cut the corner of the ziplock bag.)
Pipe the filling into your strawberries.
Add the crushed up graham crackers to the top of the strawberries.
Garnish and serve. Best prepared right before serving.
