Honestly not much to say about these, they're one of the greatest cookies ever and if you don't agree I'm sorry you're wrong.
While making this recipe make sure you roughly chop the Macadamia Nuts so the pieces aren't too big. I know the ones in the photo above are full size nuts but the ones in the cookies are chopped. Makes for a nicer not as hard cookie.

Everything you need to make the BEST white chocolate chip macadamia nut cookies.
1 Cup of roughly chopped Macadamia Nuts
1 Cup of white chocolate chips
1 Tsp of baking soda
1/2 Tsp of salt
2 1/2 Cups of all purpose flour - leveled not packed

1/2 Cup sugar
1 Cup of butter (2 sticks @ room temperature)
3/4 Cup packed brown sugar
Directions
Just 7 steps from your new favorite cookie:
Start by preheating your oven to 350 degrees
Using a whisk, cream together your butter and sugars until you reach a very smooth mixture
In a separate bowl whisk together your flour, baking soda and salt. Make sure this is whisked well
Slowly mix the flour mixture into the creamed butter and sugars. Once its mixed well you can fold in your nuts and chocolate chips
Using an ice cream scooper or a spoon, scoop small balls of dough (about 2 inches wide) onto a baking sheet and give the cookies space to evenly spread out and cook.
cook in the oven for 10-14 minutes (really depends on how strong your oven is, for me it took 13 minutes, for others it takes 10-12)
Let cool for 5-10 minutes from the oven and then serve. Cookies are best served warm!
