Easy Lemon Posset
Ingredients
- 5 lemons - cut in half filling removed
- 1 tbsp lemon - zest
- 2 tbsp lemon - juice
- 2 cups heavy cream
- โ cup sugar
Instructions
- Start by mixing together 2 cups heavy cream and 2/3 cup sugar in a medium sauce pan. heat this till a heavy simmer for 8 minutes, remove from heat and stir in 1 tbsp lemon / 2 tbsp lemon.1 tbsp lemon, 2 cups heavy cream, 2/3 cup sugar, 2 tbsp lemon
- Transfer the liquid into your serving dishes or 5 lemons. place in fridge for at least 6 hours but preferably over night.5 lemons
- Add a small amount of sugar to the top of the lemon and using a blow torch toast the sugar. And enjoy!
