Ingredients

  • 5 lemons cut in half filling removed
  • 1 tbsp lemon zest
  • 2 tbsp lemon juice
  • 2 cups heavy cream
  • cup sugar

Instructions

  • Start by mixing together 2 cups heavy cream and 2/3 cup sugar in a medium sauce pan. heat this till a heavy simmer for 8 minutes, remove from heat and stir in 1 tbsp lemon / 2 tbsp lemon.

  • Transfer the liquid into your serving dishes or 5 lemons. place in fridge for at least 6 hours but preferably over night.
