The Best & Easiest Meatballs

If youโ€™re like me and donโ€™t really like a lot of meatballs cause theyโ€™re dry and flavorless then you gotta try this recipe. Also these are so easy, so i definitely recommend!

Ingredients  

  • 1 lb ground pork
  • 1 lb ground beef
  • โ…“ cup milk
  • ยฝ cup panko bread crumb
  • 2 eggs
  • 4 cloves garlic - grated
  • ยผ cup basil - fresh, finely chopped
  • ยผ cup parsley - fresh, finely chopped
  • ยผ cup yellow onion - grated
  • 1 cup parmesan cheese
  • 2 tbsp Worcestershire sauce
  • 1 tsp oregano
  • 1 tsp salt
  • 1 tsp pepper
  • ยผ tsp red pepper flakes
  • 1 lb mozzarella cheese

Instructions

  • Pre heat oven to 425.
  • Soak the Panko & milk together in a large bowl for 10 minutes. Then add every other ingredient to the bowl and using your hands mix very well. You wanna make sure all the spices and meat is fully mixed.
    1 lb ground pork, 1 lb ground beef, 1/3 cup milk, 1/2 cup panko bread crumb, 2 eggs, 4 cloves garlic, 1/4 cup basil, 1/4 cup parsley, 1/4 cup yellow onion, 1 cup parmesan cheese, 2 tbsp Worcestershire sauce, 1 tsp oregano, 1 tsp salt, 1 tsp pepper, 1/4 tsp red pepper flakes
  • Now shape the mixture into balls and place them on an aluminum foil lined baking sheet. Bake in the oven for 20-30 minutes.
  • Lastly I like to pair these with my favorite red sauce and some fresh mozzarella cheese & enjoy!
