Ingredients

  • 6 egg roll wrappers
  • 1 banana Large
  • ¼ cup brown sugar
  • ½ tsp cinnamon
  • ½ cup sea salt caramel Warmed

Instructions

  • Start by slicing your banana down the center into 2 long halves. Cut these 1 halves into 3 equal pieces each, totaling 6 small pieces of bananas.

  • Place your small piece of banana into an egg roll wrapper with a sprinkle of brown sugar and cinnamon. Using a bit of water on your finger seal up your egg rolls and set aside.
    6 egg roll wrappers, 1/4 cup brown sugar, 1/2 tsp cinnamon
  • Pre heat your air fryer to 375°F and spray with air fryer safe none stick spray. Place your egg rolls inside and spray with a light coating of oil, and air fry for 4 minutes on each side.
  • Lastly top your egg rolls with caramel syrup and enjoy!
