Start by rolling out your pie crusts on a lightly floured surface. Using a biscuit cutter (4 inch) cut circles out of your pie crusts. You should get about 6 per sheet.

Scoop in 2 tbsp of your pie filling into the center of your pie crust circles and lightly wet the edges and place another circle on top and use the tip of a fork to crimp the edges.

Once you've assembled all of our pies whisk your egg and lightly brush the tops with egg wash and top with a sprinkle of coarse sugar.

Pre heat your air fryer to 350℉ then bake your hand pies for 7-8 minutes. Let these cool down a bit then enjoy!
