Start by taking your refrigerated biscuits dough and pulling it in half down the middle.
1 can biscuits
Fill each half with a small scoop of sauce, 2-3 pieces of mozzarella cheese and some pepperoni. Fold it into a small ball. Repeat this step with all your biscuit dough.
4 oz mozzarella cheese, 1/2 cup tomato sauce, 20 slices pepperoni
Pre heat your air fryer to 350°F and then place your pizza balls inside and spray with a high quality air fryer oil and top with Italian seasoning.
¼ tsp Italian seasoning
Air fry your pizza balls for 5-7 minutes or until golden brown. Let cool for a few minutes then enjoy!
