This recipe is not only very easy to make but it’s so delicious and creamy. It’s a go to in my house when I want a meal that’s tasty but simple!

- 8 oz spaghetti
- 8 oz pancetta
- 2 cups heavy cream
- 2 egg yolks large
- 1 ½ cups parmigiana cheese
- ¼ cup salt for pasta water
Start by brining a large pot of water to a boil and salting it well & cooking your spaghetti till al dente.

While the pasta cooks we add our pancetta to a large skillet over medium high heat and cook it till it’s crispy. About 7-10 minutes. Once crispy removed from heat.

Lower the heat down to medium and add your heavy cream, cheese and egg yolks and mix well. let this melt down, and stir while it thickens.
2 cups heavy cream, 1 1/2 cups parmigiana cheese, 2 egg yolks
Once your cream mixture has thickened add in your cooked spaghetti and pancetta and mix thoroughly. After 2-3 minutes remove from heat and serve! Top with some basil and cheese and enjoy!
