- 8 Slices brioche bread
- 4 oz cream cheese softened
- ¼ cup sugar powdered
- 3 tbsp strawberry preserves
- 5 tbsp butter melted
- ½ cup sugar granulated
- ¼ cup syrup for dipping
Start by preheating your oven to 400°F
Roll your slices of brioche bread out with a rolling pin until they're thin.

In a small bowl combine your softened cream cheese, powdered sugar and strawberry preserves and mix until fully combined.
4 oz cream cheese, 1/4 cup sugar, 3 tbsp strawberry preserves
Spread your strawberry cheesecake filling on the inside of your slices of bread and roll them up tightly.
Dredge your French toast sticks in your melted butter and then granulated sugar and place on a baking sheet and bake at 400°F for 12 minutes.

Let cool then dunk in some syrup and enjoy!
