Ingredients

  • 8 Slices brioche bread
  • 4 oz cream cheese softened
  • ¼ cup sugar powdered
  • 3 tbsp strawberry preserves
  • 5 tbsp butter melted
  • ½ cup sugar granulated
  • ¼ cup syrup for dipping

Instructions

  • Start by preheating your oven to 400°F
  • Roll your slices of brioche bread out with a rolling pin until they're thin.

  • In a small bowl combine your softened cream cheese, powdered sugar and strawberry preserves and mix until fully combined.
    4 oz cream cheese, 1/4 cup sugar, 3 tbsp strawberry preserves
  • Spread your strawberry cheesecake filling on the inside of your slices of bread and roll them up tightly.
  • Dredge your French toast sticks in your melted butter and then granulated sugar and place on a baking sheet and bake at 400°F for 12 minutes.
    5 tbsp butter, 1/2 cup sugar
  • Let cool then dunk in some syrup and enjoy!
