This delicious recipe is almost exactly like the Taco Bell quesadilla, it might be a little better!

Special Sauce 2 tbsp pickled jalapeños sliced 2 tbsp pickled jalapeno juice ¼ cup mayo 1 ½ tsp garlic powder 1 ½ tsp onion powder ½ tsp paprika ½ tsp cumin ½ tsp salt Quesadilla 4 tortillas large 2 chicken breasts large 1 cup cheddar cheese 1 cup Monterey Jack cheese
Start by pre heating a pan over medium high heat and cooking your chicken breasts on both sides until it reaches 165℉ internal temp.

In a small bowl whisk together all the ingredients for your sauce.
2 tbsp pickled jalapeños, 2 tbsp pickled jalapeno juice, 1/4 cup mayo, 1 1/2 tsp garlic powder, 1 1/2 tsp onion powder , 1/2 tsp paprika, 1/2 tsp cumin, 1/2 tsp salt
To a large tortilla add in some cheese, chicken and quesadilla sauce and fold it up. Toast it on a none stick pan over medium heat for 3 minutes on both sides.
4 tortillas, 1 cup cheddar cheese, 1 cup Monterey Jack cheese
Remove your quesadilla from the heat and slice it into 4 pieces and enjoy! I love topping mine with sour cream!
