This banana bread is so light, fluffy and moist, you'll never use another recipe again!

- ½ cup butter softened
- 1 cup sugar
- 2 eggs large
- 2 cups flour
- 1 tsp baking soda
- ½ tsp salt
- 4 medium sized Bananas
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
Preheat the oven to 350 degrees and spray a 9x5 loaf pan with some none stick spray.
In a large bowl add your bananas and using a fork mash them into a paste with no big chunks.

Now add in your eggs, vanilla,sugar, and butter and mix until fully combined.

Next, add in the flour, baking soda, and salt. Mix until combined.

Transfer this to your prepared baking dish and bake in the oven for 55 minutes or until baked fully through.
Let this cool in the pan for 5 minutes before transferring to a wire wrack. Enjoy!
