The BEST Fudgy Brownies

This recipe and trick I use enables me to make the best fudgy brownie. Also the high amount of melted butter makes a crinkly top that helps elevate these to the best brownies ever. It’s easy and doesn’t take much time either!

Ingredients

  • 10 tbsp butter melted
  • 1 cup sugar
  • 2 eggs large
  • 2 tsp vanilla extract
  • ½ cup chocolate chips melted
  • ¾ cup flour all purpose
  • ¼ cup coco powder unsweetened
  • ½ tsp salt
  • 1 cup chocolate chips premium

Instructions

  • Start by pre heating your oven to 350. In a large bowl cream together your butter and sugar.
    10 tbsp butter, 1 cup sugar
  • Add your vanilla & egg and continue to mix until smooth. Add your melted chocolate and mix until it’s one solid color / consistency.
    2 eggs, 2 tsp vanilla, 1/2 cup chocolate chips
  • Add in your coco powder, flour, & salt and mix well. Mix in your chocolate chips and then pour into a greased baking tray and bake for 28-35 minutes.
    3/4 cup flour, 1/4 cup coco powder, 1/2 tsp salt, 1 cup chocolate chips
  • Let cool completely before slicing and enjoy!
