Hot Cocoa Pancakes
Ingredients
- 5 packets hot cocoa mix - I use Swiss Miss
- 1 ยฝ cups flour
- ยฝ tsp baking soda
- ยฝ tsp salt
- 2 tsp baking powder
- 1 ยผ cup milk
- 2 eggs
- 1 tsp vanilla - extract
- 2 tbsp vegetable oil

- Mix together your milk, oil, vanilla extract and eggs.1 1/4 cup milk, 1 tsp vanilla, 2 tbsp vegetable oil, 2 eggs
- In a separate bowl whisk together your baking powder, baking soda, salt, flour and hot cocoa mix.1 1/2 cups flour, 1/2 tsp baking soda, 1/2 tsp salt, 2 tsp baking powder, 5 packets hot cocoa mix
- Combine your wet and dry ingredients.
- Heat a none stick skillet over medium heat and spray with none stick spray. Add 1/4 cup of batter to your skillet and let cook for 4 minutes on each side.
- Serve with syrup & enjoy!
