Hot Cocoa Pancakes

Ingredients  

  • 5 packets hot cocoa mix - I use Swiss Miss
  • 1 ยฝ cups flour
  • ยฝ tsp baking soda
  • ยฝ tsp salt
  • 2 tsp baking powder
  • 1 ยผ cup milk
  • 2 eggs
  • 1 tsp vanilla - extract
  • 2 tbsp vegetable oil

Instructions

  • Mix together your milk, oil, vanilla extract and eggs.
    1 1/4 cup milk, 1 tsp vanilla, 2 tbsp vegetable oil, 2 eggs
  • In a separate bowl whisk together your baking powder, baking soda, salt, flour and hot cocoa mix.
    1 1/2 cups flour, 1/2 tsp baking soda, 1/2 tsp salt, 2 tsp baking powder, 5 packets hot cocoa mix
  • Combine your wet and dry ingredients.
  • Heat a none stick skillet over medium heat and spray with none stick spray. Add 1/4 cup of batter to your skillet and let cook for 4 minutes on each side.
  • Serve with syrup & enjoy!
