3 Ingredient Peanut Butter Cookies

These delicious & simple peanut butter cookies are a staple in my house. They are so easy to make and you probably have all the ingredients already!

Ingredients  

  • ½ cup brown sugar
  • ½ cup white sugar
  • 1 cup peanut butter
  • 1 egg
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract - Optional

Instructions

  • Start by pre heating your oven to 350°F and lining a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  • Add all your ingredients to a large bowl and mix with an electric mixer or by hand until a light & fluffy cookie dough forms.
  • Roll a spoon full of cookie dough into a ball and place them on a baking sheet and using a fork make a criss cross pattern on top.
  • Bake the cookies in the oven for 10-12 minutes or until lightly golden brown. Let them sit on the baking sheet for 5 minutes before removing them to a wire rack. Enjoy!
