Blue Waffle
Ingredients
- 2 cups flour
- 4 tsp baking - powder
- ¼ tsp salt
- 1 tbsp sugar
- ½ cup butter - melted
- 1 ¾ cup milk
- 2 eggs
- 1 tsp vanilla - extract
- 5 – 6 drops food gel - blue
Instructions
- Start by pre heating your waffle iron on the hottest setting.
- In a large bowl whisk together your flour, sugar, salt and baking powder.2 cups flour, 1/4 tsp salt, 1 tbsp sugar, 4 tsp baking
- To your flour mixture add your melted butter, milk, vanilla extract and food gel. whisk this until fully combined.1/2 cup butter, 1 3/4 cup milk, 2 eggs, 1 tsp vanilla, 5 – 6 drops food gel
- Place about 3/4 cup of waffle batter into your prepared waffle iron and let cook for 3-4 minutes or until desired doneness.
- Top with butter and syrup and enjoy!
