Ingredients 
 

  • 3 large ears of corn
  • 4 tbsp butter - melted
  • 1 tsp garlic - powder
  • 1 tsp salt
  • 1 tsp paprika - powder
  • 1 tsp onion - powder
  • 1 stalk parsley to garnish - fresh

Instructions

  • Start by cleaning your 3 large ears of corn removing the husk and hairs and then slicing them down the middle and placing them in a microwave safe bowl and microwaving on high for 2 minutes. (This will make them easier to cut).

  • Slice your corn down the center to create โ€œRibsโ€ if the corn is too hard to cut microwave again for 1-2 minutes to make it easier.
  • Add your corn โ€œribsโ€ to a large bowl and in a separate bowl mix together 4 tbsp butter and 1 tsp garlic, 1 tsp salt, 1 tsp paprika, 1 tsp onion and top your corn with it. Mix well to fully cover the corn on all sides.

  • Place corn in a pre heated air fryer at 400ยฐ for 12 minutes. Remove from microwave and top with 1 stalk parsley to garnish and enjoy!
