The BEST & Easiest Potato Wedges
Ingredients
- 3 russet potatoes - large
- 3 tbsp avocado oil - olive oil works too!
- 1 ½ tsp garlic powder
- 1 ½ tsp onion powder
- 1 ½ tsp paprika
- ¼ cup fresh parsley
- ½ cup fresh parmigiana
- Salt & Pepper to taste
- ranch dressing - Or your favorite

- Start by slicing your 3 russet potatoes length wise into wedges. You want to try to get them as close to the same length & width as possible so they cook evenly.3 russet potatoes
- Coat your wedges in your 3 tbsp avocado oil, 1 1/2 tsp garlic powder, 1 1/2 tsp onion powder, 1 1/2 tsp paprika, 1/2 cup fresh parmigiana, 1/4 cup fresh parsley, Salt & Pepper to taste and mix well. you want to make sure they’re all seasoned and covered in oil.3 tbsp avocado oil, 1 1/2 tsp garlic powder, 1 1/2 tsp onion powder, 1 1/2 tsp paprika, 1/4 cup fresh parsley, 1/2 cup fresh parmigiana, Salt & Pepper to taste
- Pre heat your air fryer to 385°F and evenly space out your potatoes (you may need to air fry in batches). Air fry for 15 minutes – 18 minutes
- Place your ranch dressing in a dipping bowl and then enjoy!ranch dressing
