Breakfast Crunchwraps
Ingredients
- 3 Tortillas - 10 inch
- 6 eggs
- 1 cup cheese - Cheddar
- 2 green onions - thinly sliced
- 9 strips of bacon - cooked till crispy
- 1 tbsp butter - for pan

Instructions
- Pre heat oven to 450, lay bacon on wire rack lined baking sheet and copy at 450 for 17 minutes.9 strips of bacon
- Scramble together your 6 eggs, 1/2 cup cheese, and 2 finely sliced green onions. Add 1tbsp of butter to a large nonstick skillet over medium heat and cook the eggs.6 eggs, 1 cup cheese, 2 green onions, 1 tbsp butter
- Mix together the cooked eggs & bacon in a large bowl, add some pepper if you desire. (I didn’t add salt cause the bacon is already very salty).
- Into a large tortilla in the center add 1/3 of the egg mixture plus 1/3 of the remaining cheese, and fold in all the sides.3 Tortillas
- Toast your Crunchwrap in a pan over medium high heat, fold side down for 90 seconds on each side. Serve and enjoy!
