Breakfast Crunchwraps

These tasty breakfast wraps are a must try. They’re not only easy to make but super flavorful and versatile. The best part is these can be meal prepped ahead of time!

Ingredients  

  • 3 Tortillas - 10 inch
  • 6 eggs
  • 1 cup cheese - Cheddar
  • 2 green onions - thinly sliced
  • 9 strips of bacon - cooked till crispy
  • 1 tbsp butter - for pan

Instructions

  • Pre heat oven to 450, lay bacon on wire rack lined baking sheet and copy at 450 for 17 minutes.

  • Scramble together your 6 eggs, 1/2 cup cheese, and 2 finely sliced green onions. Add 1tbsp of butter to a large nonstick skillet over medium heat and cook the eggs.

  • Mix together the cooked eggs & bacon in a large bowl, add some pepper if you desire. (I didn’t add salt cause the bacon is already very salty).
  • Into a large tortilla in the center add 1/3 of the egg mixture plus 1/3 of the remaining cheese, and fold in all the sides.

  • Toast your Crunchwrap in a pan over medium high heat, fold side down for 90 seconds on each side. Serve and enjoy!

    My family loved this! I saw this on Instagram and had to try it. I used breakfast sausage instead of bacon though and it was great.
