Ingredients  

  • 2 Sheets Puff Pastry
  • 8 Kinder Bueno Chocolate - 8 full size bars
  • ยผ Cup Powdered Sugar
  • ยผ Cup Egg Wash - 1 Egg + 1 tbsp of water

Instructions

  • Pre heat your oven to 400ยฐF.
  • On a lightly floured surface roll out your puff pastry into a square and slice it into 4 even slices. Repeat with your second roll of puff pastry.
    2 Sheets Puff Pastry
  • Break your Kinder Bueno chocolate bars in half and roll up both halves in the puff pastry. Using a bit of egg wash seal the croissants and place them on the baking sheet, seem side down.
    8 Kinder Bueno Chocolate , 1/4 Cup Egg Wash
  • Lightly brush some egg wash on your croissants making sure to cover as much surface area as possible and then place in the oven to bake for 18-23 minutes. Keep an eye on them and remove them from the oven once they are golden.
  • Let your croissants cool on a wire wrack for 5 minutes before topping with powdered sugar and enjoy!
    1/4 Cup Powdered Sugar
