On a lightly floured surface roll out your puff pastry into a square and slice it into 4 even slices. Repeat with your second roll of puff pastry.
2 Sheets Puff Pastry
Break your Kinder Bueno chocolate bars in half and roll up both halves in the puff pastry. Using a bit of egg wash seal the croissants and place them on the baking sheet, seem side down.
8 Kinder Bueno Chocolate , 1/4 Cup Egg Wash
Lightly brush some egg wash on your croissants making sure to cover as much surface area as possible and then place in the oven to bake for 18-23 minutes. Keep an eye on them and remove them from the oven once they are golden.
Let your croissants cool on a wire wrack for 5 minutes before topping with powdered sugar and enjoy!
