Chocolate Chip Pumpkin Spice Muffins

Now that it’s finally fall I can show you guys one of my all time favorite recipes. This recipe has a perfectly spiced moist muffin that goes so well with some melted milk chocolate chips!

Ingredients

  • 1 ½ cups pumpkin puree pure
  • 1 ⅔ cup flour
  • ½ cup oil neutral
  • 2 eggs large
  • 1 ½ tsp cinnamon
  • 1 ½ tsp pumpkin pie spice
  • ¼ tsp ground ginger
  • 1 tsp baking soda
  • ¼ cup milk
  • ½ cup white sugar
  • ⅓ cup brown sugar
  • 1 ½ cup chocolate chips

Instructions

  • Start by pre heating your oven to 425°F.
  • In a large bowl mix together your pumpkin puree, eggs, brown sugar, white sugar and milk. Mix this until it’s nice and smooth.

  • In a separate bowl whisk together your flour, cinnamon, pumpkin pie spice, baking soda and ginger.

  • Combine your wet and dry ingredients and fold them into a batter. Once smooth fold in your chocolate chips and place in a greased muffin tray and bake at 425° for 5 minutes before dropping the temperature to 350 for an additional 17 minutes.

  • Let cool in the muffin tray for 5 minutes before removing to a wire rack to chill.
