- brioche loaf sliced
- 1 tbsp honey pure
- 2 eggs large
- 1 cup milk
- pinch salt sea
- 1 ½ tsp cinnamon powder
- pinch nutmeg powder
- 2 tsp vanilla extract
Start by adding your eggs, honey, milk, nutmeg, cinnamon, salt and vanilla extract to a large bowl and whisk until fully combined.

Dredge your slices of brioche bread in the mixture
