Ingredients 
 

  • brioche loaf - sliced
  • 1 tbsp honey - pure
  • 2 eggs - large
  • 1 cup milk
  • pinch salt - sea
  • 1 ยฝ tsp cinnamon - powder
  • pinch nutmeg - powder
  • 2 tsp vanilla - extract

Instructions

  • Start by adding your eggs, honey, milk, nutmeg, cinnamon, salt and vanilla extract to a large bowl and whisk until fully combined.
    1 tbsp honey, 2 eggs, 1 cup milk, 1 1/2 tsp cinnamon, pinch nutmeg, 2 tsp vanilla, pinch salt
  • Dredge your slices of brioche bread in the mixture
    brioche loaf
  • Place in a pre heated waffle iron and let cook for 3 minutes on high.
  • Top with some syrup and enjoy!
