Pasta With Pancetta & Peas

This delicious and simple recipe is a staple in my home and if you try it I bet you’ll love it too! It’s an easy recipe that takes no time to make!

Ingredients

  • 8 oz of pasta
  • 3 cloves minced garlic
  • ¾ cup cream
  • ¾ cup peas
  • ½ cup Parmesan cheese
  • 6 oz pancetta
  • olive oil

Instructions

  • Bring a large pot of water to a boil, salt it and cook your pasta till al dente, reserve 1/4 cup of pasta water to thin the sauce as needed.
  • In a large skillet add a touch of olive oil and your pancetta and fry until crispy. Once it’s cooked add in your garlic and peas and fry for 1-2 minutes.
  • Follow in with your heavy cream and bring to a VERY light simmer. Once simmering mix in your cheese and cooked noodles.
  • let this cook in the skillet for 1-2 minutes over low heat and then serve!
