Ingredients  

  • 2 tbsp honey
  • 2 tsp lavender flowers
  • ยผ cup heavy cream
  • ยพ cup plain greek yogurt
  • 4 tsp baking powder
  • 2 cups flour
  • ยฝ tsp vanilla extract
  • 2 eggs
  • 1 cup sugar
  • ยฝ cup butter
  • ยผ cup Powdered sugar - for topping
  • ยผ cup honey - for topping

Instructions

  • Start by adding your cream and lavender flowers to a medium sized bowl, giving it a mix and letting it steep for 4 hours.
    1/4 cup heavy cream, 2 tsp lavender flowers
  • Pre heat your oven to 350. In a large bowl cream together your butter, sugar, and honey.
    1 cup sugar, 1/2 cup butter, 2 tbsp honey
  • Follow in with your eggs, vanilla extract, cream (lavender flowers strained out), and greek yogurt. Once this mixture is mixed and fully combined add in your flour and baking powder and mix until you have a smooth cake batter.
    1/4 cup heavy cream, 4 tsp baking powder, 2 cups flour, 1/2 tsp vanilla extract, 2 eggs, 3/4 cup plain greek yogurt
  • Spray a bundt pan with some none stick cooking spray then add your batter to the pan. Place in the middle rack of your oven for 45 minutes at 350 and then remove from the oven. Let this sit in the bundt pan for 10 minutes before flipping it over onto a baking tray.
  • Top with some powdered sugar and honey and enjoy!
