Ingredients  

  • 1 lb fettuccine
  • 4 oz cream cheese
  • 8 tbsp butter
  • 2 cups heavy cream
  • 1 tsp garlic powder
  • 1 tsp Italian seasoning
  • ¼ tsp salt
  • ¼ tsp pepper
  • 1 cup parmigiana - freshly grated
  • ¼ cup pecorino romano - freshly grated
  • ¼ tsp parsley - to garnish

Instructions

  • Start by salting a large pot of water and bringing it to a boil. Add your fettuccine and cook til al dente.
    1 lb fettuccine
  • In a large skillet combine your butter and heavy cream, and bring to a light simmer. Add in your cream cheese and let it melt and mix well.
    8 tbsp butter, 2 cups heavy cream, 4 oz cream cheese
  • Add in your seasonings as well as cheeses & let this mixture fully melt and start to emulsify.
    1 tsp garlic powder, 1 tsp Italian seasoning, 1/4 tsp salt, 1/4 tsp pepper, 1 cup parmigiana, 1/4 cup pecorino romano
  • Follow in with your fettuccine and get it nice and coated. If it’s too runny let it cook a bit longer, if it’s too thick add some pasta water.
  • Top with parsley and enjoy!
